{Breakfast} Greek yogurt with grape nuts and honey; half a pot of coffee.
{preparation} fresh sage...which I would buy in bulk if possible. I put it in everything.
{lunch} pasta with sage, pine nuts, and feta in a brown butter sauce...my favorite lunch, and I eat it quite a bit.
{dinner} spinach and orzo salad with tomatoes, Parmesan, green beans, and sauteed mushrooms in balsamic vinaigrette. This was made because I had nothing ready for dinner. I opened the fridge and started pulling stuff out. This is also a good way to get the girls to eat salad; with no other options they will usually succumb to the greens.
